Light Painting
Hey there!
So you wanna learn to light write Eh? Well here's how you're going to do it.
First things first, you NEED a camera, specifcaly a DSRL camer. DSLR camera means Digital Single Lens Reflection. I used a Nikon D90 DSLR camera.
Next you're gonna need a tripod, to hold you camera strong and steady, so it doesnt wiggle or move during your writing. Then you're going to need some sort of small light source, light a glow stick, cell phone, flash light, ECT.
Then you want to find yourself a dark room, so the color(s) pops out more. Ok now once you set up your camera on the tripod, look at your Exposure. On your side screen by you capture button there's a screen. To the top left is the the exposure, you want to set it between 1- 30 seconds and it will look like this----> 30". And also set your aperture low too. Once that is done you basicaly all set. do a few sample shots just to make sure everything works properly.
Some Tips would be:
Wear dark clothing
Make sure no other light sources are in your room
Have more than one color
More than once person, have 2 to 4 people help you out.
